CYCLING LEVEL 1 COURSE GOES LIVE!
By Info
Nov 7, 2007

Brian Nugent, the Coaching and Development Officer who lead the development of the syllabus said, ‘This is an exciting time for our hard working foundation level coaches in the province as it provides them with a great opportunity to take another step on the Cycling Ireland/NCTC coaching ladder. The two and a half day course gives our coaches the chance to spend more contact time with our experienced coach tutors and learn firsthand the new skills that will undoubtedly help them along in their coaching career.’ Brian went on to say ‘We have over 100 active foundation level coaches and interest is very high from within the group. The development of the level one has been a result of a lot of hard work from the tutor group here in Ulster of Gary Mc Keegan and Adrian Hughes. Cycling Ulster should be very proud of them both.’

Any Accredited Foundation Level coaches are welcome to attend.

However places are limited so don't delay in notifying your interest.

The cost of the course will be £50 this includes all food and resources over the weekend.

It has been proposed that a Level 1 course will be held in Lenister on the weekend of 6th-8th December 2007 details to follow.
