DES HANLON MEMORIAL RACE
The Des Hanlon Memorial Race organised by Carlow Cycling club is one of the great Irish cycling classics. Raced over 90 miles through very hard country on a day which had high winds and snow / sleet and freezing cold conditions with plenty of hills thrown in for good measure this years race really was a classic.
