TThe Corporate Services team are responsible for providing the following services to the Coaching Ireland and its Clients

1) Administrative Support:

• Provide administrative support for all Coaching Ireland operations.

2) Sponsorship:

• Develop sponsorship plans for Coaching Ireland
• Maximise the synergy between the Coaching Ireland and Lucozade sport

3) Media and public relations

• Develop PR Plans based on the core work of the Coaching Ireland
• Continue to develop links with local and regional media
• Strengthen links at operational level with the ISC PR

4) Communications/Publications:

• Co-ordinate all Coaching Ireland publications
• Develop Tutor Course Manual
• Strengthen links with Sports Partnership Network

5) Develop a comprehensive IT strategy that will meet the needs of the new company

• Database development
• Develop National Coaches register/database
• Coaching Ireland web site: re-design and increase the use of the website as a source of information to  members and partners
• Ensure that the technology is in place to enable all Coaching Ireland      staff to complete their work efficiently both on and off site

6) Provide an event management service to both internal and external clients:

• Annual Calendar of events
• Tutor Course
• Sport specific tutor courses
• CDPI Generic Level 3
• Coaches of the Year awards
• Tutor Graduation
• Lucozade Sport Launch of Education Programme
• Launch of Coaching Ireland
• Launch of National Coaching Strategy
• Sport Specific training camps

7) Income Generation:

• Develop income generation strategies for the Coaching Ireland

8) Customer Service:

• Customer service charter

9) CDP Programme: Professional Development Programmes:

• Co-ordinate the delivery of professional development programmes based on      the Coaching Ireland core programme and aimed at Tutors, Coaches, and Players/Athletes.

10) CODES:
