Welcome to Coaching Ireland's Circuit Training MediaBook.

Using the contents on this page you will be able to view 4 sample Circuit Training mediabooks developed in conjunction with Lucozade Sport.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR VIEWING EXERCISE CLIPS

When viewing these Mediabooks for the first time you will first need to install the following software “Dartviewer_2_1_2”

To Install Dartviewere

• Double click on the following link Dartviewer_2_1_2
• Click "Run"
• A wizard will pop up to help with the installation.
• Click “OK”
• Click “Next”
• Click “Install”
• Click “Finish”

Note: You will only need to install the Dartviewer software the first time you view the Mediabooks on your PC/laptop. However, if you wish to view the Mediabooks on a different PC/laptop you will need to install the Dartviewer software again.

INSTRUCTION FOR VIEWING CIRCUIT TRAINING MEDIABOOKS

Double click on any of the 4 mediabooks to open.

1. Anaerobic Mediabook
2. Cardiovascular Mediabook
3. Medicine ball Mediabook
4. Muscular Endurance Mediabook

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING DARTVIEWER

Once you have the Dartviewer software opened there will be a drop down menu from which you will be able to select all of the exercises.

Once selected press the play button underneath the window on the right of the screen and the exercise will play.

Select the windows media player icon on the left hand side underneath the clip window to view your clip in full screen.

Press “Esc” key to return to the original screen.
