The first in a series of coaches’ seminars for 2009 hosted by Coaching Ireland got underway last Wednesday, 25th March, with Michael McGeehin, Director of Coaching Ireland, opening the series entitled “The Coaching Wheel: Evolution & Revolution in Coaching Practice”.

The original Lucozade Sport Education consisted of 4 workshops, Fuel & Fluid for Sport, Get Fit for Sport, Planning for Success and the Female Athlete. Seven hundred and fifty three of these workshops have been delivered at no cost to Schools, Clubs, Local Sport Partnerships, NGB’s and others.
